Baymont by Wyndham Tallahassee

We had another hotel but when we arrived they had no water due to a water main break. We went to the Baymont and they had a room for us and they had Water. Nice large room with king bed on ground floor. Hotel had No Pet rule that suited us gone. Breakfast suited me bit not if you wanted a hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles.

Clean rooms. Super nice manager and great customer service. I felt safe my entire stay. The are is well lit and quiet. My mom even walked across the parking lot to Waffle House really late one night. Thank you! This is for sure my go to if I’m ever in town again.

Just left today 2/3/26. For the price it’s hard to beat. Yes, there are more upscale places with more amenities but they cost 2-3x more and they’re not twice or more as nice. This provided a great value, conveniently located, clean, easy parking, and hospitable staff. Would stay again in future 100%.

I had to look for the desk clerk at check in. He was down the hall on the phone. He continued his call through the entire check in. His only words in English were to ask for ID and give me the room number. The room was clean and ready for us. Location is great. Close to the interstate but far enough to not have traffic noise. We didn't have breakfast and never saw it as we had breakfast waiting at our event.

After reading the mixed reviews, we decided to call ahead to make sure a room was available. When we arrived, we asked to see the room before booking — and we were pleasantly surprised. Everything looked freshly painted, inside and out. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful, which made check-in easy. The room was quiet, the air conditioning worked great, and the TV was nice. The only real issue was that there was no hot water in Room 138, which was definitely a big disappointment. One other thing to note: breakfast didn’t include any hot items. They offered packaged oatmeal, yogurt, bagels, muffins, and a few juices. At $60 a night, it was still a good choice, and I would stay again — hopefully next time with hot water.

First off, I am not one to stay at a hotel with the doors on the outside, and after reading some of the reviews, I was terrified. However, the hotel was much better than I expected. I'm a travel nurse and I work nights and sleep during the day. While construction was going on, none of it kept me awake. My bed and linens were very clean, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The flooring looked brand new, as well as the flat screen TV. The owner was great during my check in. The towels and soap were not top notch, but I bring my own soap and shampoo, so it was not a problem. I would stay here again and I appreciate the room with it being such a busy football weekend.

The hotel is located right of I-10. The place is newly renovated and clean and equipped. Mr. Shah was very sweet and check-in was very smooth. We had a quiet and peaceful stay. We just took a night halt and it was good.
